With nearly three decades of diving experience, Rob started out on borrowed gear in 1977 and became certified by NAUI in 1981.
Since that time, he has dove throughout the United States and Caribbean. he has numerous certifications in many areas of Recreational, Technical (including Caves) and Emergency Response diving, as well as none diving certifications in Medical treatment, Breathing systems service and repair, and custom gas blending through TriMix (Oxygen, Nitrogen and Helium blends).
When not in the water, much of his diving time is spent working on gear and he carries manufacturer certifications from Zeagle, HOG, Cressi, TUSA, OTS, Hollis, and many others.
When not pursuing diving interests, Rob spends time with his family at the beach, working on musical and Church interests with the kids. By day, he is a Systems Architect for CommVault.
